Oh my goodness, this is horrible! I am so glad that Lucy is okay, but what a horrific experience
It reminds me of when my female was chased around the cul-de-sac by an off leash large dog, screaming for her life... and the owner had the audacity to yell at us and threaten to assault us. Just shows how irresponsible people have trouble taking ownership of fault.
