Symptoms above.
Went to vet 2 days ago they gave probiotic tablets and a syringe with stuff he's supposed to eat 2ml of every 8 hours. Pro viable I believe
Rimadyl he gets one every 24 hours and metronidazole every 12 hours

He's shivering/trembling unless I cover him
Not jumping and hardly wants to walk up one step
Stomach is hard but feels tense like its muscles.
I symptoms are the same as when I took him to vet

They ran blood test which showed mild inflammation in intestines everything else normal

Now he keeps getting up and moving I can tell he's uncomfortable.

What can I do?

He is drinking. Actually ive drinking and then throwing some up. He does thus normally

Don't believe he s**t today but did multiple times yesterday

So worried. Anything I cando?
