I love dying my hair with purple & platinum streaks... but if I am looking for a job, I'll have it all one dark, natural brown color. I'll gauge the company and atmosphere and so far, Ive been able to re-streak it once I start a job. But yes.... I'll do anything to look as professional as possible while interviewing.

As long as her hair is clean and neat, I'm not sure they would hold it against her in an interview,.... and honestly if the company is so uptight that you can't be yourself, does she really want to work there?
