I don't think hair style matters is job search / interview. It's your qualifications for the job that matters, not your hair style. Now if she had purple or that red kool aid color hair, I would say change it, or body piercing on her face (lip, tongue, eye brow) that may affect a job interview. IMO hair style no. Good luck to your friend. She will decide what the best thing for her is.
