Frank Sinatra is not a Yorkie but he is a precious little baby who needs our good thoughts and prayers.
He is a sweet little boy who had a careless owner who put him in a terrible position at 7 weeks of age. Thank goodness they took him to a Vet and the Vet was able to get them to surrender him to Fulton County Animal Services. Fulton County called Atlanta Pet Rescue and we took him immediately.
Any good thoughts and prayers you can offer would be appreciated (Frankie needs them).
