Puppies under 12 weeks of age are more prone to having hypoglycemia... once the 12 week mark is reached hopefully they outgrow it. If it is still happening, you are right to closely watch her food intake. When I have fed chicken, I put it in the blender with water and liquefy it and then pour some over the kibble... that way they can't separate it out from their food as easily. I also make the bulk of it dog food and gradually cut back on the chicken till they're eating all dog food. Adding a bit of Parmesan cheese may help get them eating as they tend to like stinky stuff, lol.
