Like I said before, a dog can get away in a blink of an eye from the most diligent of dog owners. Tragic that someone would choose to slam a dog in the head with a rock rather than other options. I don't for a minute believe it had to do with his fears. I am sure that this is not the first dog he has encountered...something odd about this one. My opinion. |
I don't know who you were directing the "play little games" sentence at but I asked you to quote me you're choosing not to. No big. As I said before ppl can take what one means the wrong way on a forum. I am placing blame on the dogs owner just as I can place blame on the carrier. If the owners had been watching their pet which is their responsibility and checked the fence lining the situation more than likely wouldn't have occurred also if the carrier would have walked away it may not have occured. You're not this particular person (mail carrier) so you and I don't know what he was thinking. He could be some crazy psycho who was just waiting for a chance to harm/kill an animal or he could have legitimately been scared out of his brains and reacted without thinking. We don't know because we aren't him.
