Like I said before, a dog can get away in a blink of an eye from the most diligent of dog owners. Tragic that someone would choose to slam a dog in the head with a rock rather than other options. I don't for a minute believe it had to do with his fears. I am sure that this is not the first dog he has encountered...something odd about this one. My opinion. |
wow, another misinterpret, all that was said is owners should be more watchful. By no means in my readings did I think they were putting the blame on the owners. Yes dogs do get out of yards somehow, but should it be killed? I think not. It is not always negligence on the part of the owners if a dog somehow gets out of a secured yard.
