Martingale collars are completely unnecessary for an average Yorkie. I understand the use in large dogs, but small dogs are pretty easy to control with harnesses. |

I don't understand when trainers are so adamant about not using harnesses. Honestly, it's about *training*. Any dog can be trained to loose leash walk on a harness just as easily as a collar.
