Some dogs will get pimples - do they look like pimples? Or are they just hard little bumps? You said you were already treating for allergies, do you know what he's allergic to? It's really hard to guess what these are from. If he has allergies, I'd highly recommend seeing a Vet Dermatologist....they can help you WAY more than a generalist.
