Nope, I don't feel for HIS side. Get away from the dog....a 10 pound dog simply is not going to inflict that much damage. Not buying this story. And, the article said that 2 neighbors said there was no aggression from the dog.

I hope he is not allowed to continue delivering mail if he has such "fears". If he is found innocent and keeps his job, I hope it is an inside job.
You don't have to agree with me, that's the great thing about a forum. My first instinct would be to get away (not run but walk) also but if the animal pursued me and I felt in danger all bets are off. Some ppl freeze in shock or in fear when they are faced with certain things. I do hope he gets retraining if he is kept on routes but preferably gets moved to a different department (desk work). As for a 10 lb dog not being able to inflict much damage, I disagree. If a dog bites enough it'll inflict damage and any damage imo is too much.
