you have to keep her on a short leash and watch everything. there is no other way to control being able to keep her from eating everything unless she doesn't go out at all. I would enforce positive behavior aka when you tell her to drop it/leave it and she obeys give her her favorite treat or snack something small and portable that you can carry with you every time you are out or go for walks. consistency and discipline are the key. wishing you good luck.
