What were you feeding her before, your dog should be eating 10% of their body weight a day as a puppy. Don't get them stuck on that prescription crap so young. You can correct this on your own.
Try feeding smaller amounts more often throughout the day, if you can source it, get some slippery elm bark powder and a good probiotic and sprinkle on your dogs food.
Go back to your original food and try to remedy it.
