50/50 vinegar and water in a spray bottle and rub it into the skin, you can add a capful to their water bowl, it actually helps with eye tearing as well as aids with urinary issues, digestion, can deter fleas and mozzies.
Also can be used topical on cuts and abrasions. My dog scratched himself raw a few years back and I cleaned it with ACV from Bragg and within two days it healed. |
