Hello Wise Yorkie Mom's and Dads,
I wanted to know how old do puppies have to be before we can remove the food dish at night. They are 11 weeks old and at this time, we leave the food and water dish out for them. Of course, come morning, there is a mess all over! Ugh. With two dogs, it is quite a mess.

When looking at the dish, it doesn't appear that they are really eating much of the food during the night hours (after 9:00 pm).

Any ideas of when the proper time would be to "lift the food dish?"
