I would have thought your experience as a cop would've have taught you that so long ago. My experience tells me there are times when there is no substitute for controlling force But maybe you're just in mall security or something, I don't know .I retired from the Houston Police Dept after 24 years of service and have been a precinct constable for the past 16 years. I spent years working Canine Detail and spent 8 hours a day five days a week for 16 weeks training my dog before we even hit the streets together.
