I could never confine Harry to just indoors...he's not that kind of little boy....but I do watch over him, check that he's not eating anything he shouldn't...
I've taught him to take a wide berth on slugs etc (a sharp YUCK when he was a baby...now he skirts round them, eyeing them up like they're poison....
)
I home-cook for Harry - chicken breast, rice or sweet potato, green beans, peas, carrots, sweetcorn + a multivitamin/mineral supplement. I also leave down a bowl of kibble for him to snack on...but most of the dry foods are different 'over here'...I personally still love Royal Canin, but I know it sometimes causes a bit of stinkiness in others
