So sorry for your pup and hubby, who's probably feeling bad too.
Sorry it won't help tonight, but maybe you could buy or make a cloth cone. It's worth having one in the home ready before any emergencies. Pretty sure there are people on here who make and sell them. They are easier for the pup to sleep in and less noisy when they move, so not so scary.
When have they said you can take the bandage off?
You're a good mummy. Hope she heals fast.
