Roast pork with apple sauce, very crispy/garlicky roast potatoes....cauliflower + leeks in cheese sauce....peas, carrots and sweetcorn with 'our' gravy....
Not sure quite what we're having for 'pud'....either Eton Mess ice cream (I didn't make it, it's in the freezer)!!!! or apple crumble (which I did make, but it'll need cooking - not sure we can wait that long....!!!!)
