She is also going out like on a normal day. I am worried because I lost my job and wasn't able to get her spayed to prevent this and also any other problems. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions. I just moved back to Houston so I don't have an account with a vet. Please help I really don't want to lose her. I took her to the vet a few months ago to get her shots and heart worm meds and also had her tested blood work and all because she was just acting funny and was told she is healthy except for her knee bothering her. Her hormones were out of wack some is why she was just being different. I know this happened because her seasons have been few and far between and she came into season and I didn't know it fast enough and our little two year old boy yorkie did what nature told him. My wife and I caught them and thought it was in time but were wrong. Thanks.
First welcome to YT. Your situation sounds pretty scarey to me. First you need to get the funds in place, apply for Care Credit, work out a payment plan with your vet. Beg, sell stuff, do what-ever you need to because you will need those funds.

You absolutely need an Xray done to see how many puppies, to understand if the pelvic area will be wide enough for her to deliver what-ever number of pups she is expecting. A C-section at her age and with a first litter is not un-expected and that will cost $$.

Try to find a whelping coach who will help you out before during and after the delivery. You can ask your vet for recommendations. Speaking about the vet, you need to know now if he/she is experienced with whelping and will be available to you on an emergency basis. If not, you need to know who you can go to.

You need to get your whelping supplies in; debby Jensen has a good website on this, just Google her and you will be b rought to her site.

You have very little time to prepare and you need to go full speed ahead to get your finances in place, your vet in place, your whelping coach, and your supplies.

Good luck with it all
