Working on tricks and doing dog puzzles will mentally stimulate them which helps to tire them out. Me and Callie will also chase each other through the house. I will also get one of her blankets and put it on her and she will wag her tail like crazy rolling around in it and then pop her head out sometimes I will also spread it out and hide a toy under it in the center. She also has a treat stick she will roll all around the house to get the Cheerios to fall out.
