Not all dogs of a breed meet the AKC breed standard of size, color, gait or temperament, head, body type, etc., and although your dog is twice as big as the typical Yorkie. The breed is placed in the Toy Dog Group due to its diminutive size and while your baby is far too large to meet the standard in that aspect, she still has the look of many AKC purebred Yorkies in your picture and seems to meets the breed standard in other aspects of breed conformation. Your baby looks like a handsome, proud, sweet-looking Yorkie girl.
