It is possible she might have split heats. My males usually signal about one month ahead of time before any of my females go into heat. By signalling I mean more persistent interest and may show signs of wanting to mount her.
I certainly would correct mounting behaviour a stern No and moving the boy away from her for example.
Next I would wash all of her bedding, her playpen, xpen what have you to try to eliminate the previous heats smell.
I also would at this time give the boys extra exercise, apart from your female. make sure that they get good and tired by each days end. You want to give lots of mental stimulation for the boys. That should help out. Exercise your female as well. You could also try just letting one boy out for a play session with the female, but use toys that they can chase and return to you.
