Just received an email from GW Little advertising new Dog Cooling Vests by Hurtta. You just soak them in cold water and the evaporation process inside gives off a cooling feeling. It seems great for the hot summer days that are fast approaching and already here in So Cal! Does anyone have something similar? Looking for feedback, thanks!
