It sounds as if something is going on with your pup and not a food intolerance. I could be wrong, but until you have done full medical testing, I would not be jumping to the conclusion that it is the food.

There is a GI panel that can be done. The test is run at Texas A&M. You might want to ask your vet about having that done.

If your vet cannot get to the bottom of this, I strongly suggest an internal medicine specialist.
