Callie is a big tail wagger especially when people first come in the house but she is at least slowly wagging it most of the time but she only spins if I tell her to lol. If you even look at Sammy he will start wagging his little nuby also if toys or food are involved he will spin a lot sometimes on just his back legs and sometimes on on four.
