Well it looks like Cerulean can't go outside without a harness and leash anymore. At first you couldn't get him to go outside on his own and now he's ripping and running all over the lawn fighting sticks, weeds, grass and rolling all over the place. I tried to put his harness on after seeing this and he fought me sooooo now he's inside and not enjoying it. I'm going to try again after his nap hoping he's a little more calm. I have a Puppia harness but hate that I have to put it over his biting little face and I also have a step in one but he's still too small. Not to mention he fights his way out of the Puppia.
