Does he need a de-worming maybe? Otherwise, I'd think he was trying to empty his anal glands. Does his bottom look irritated at all? If yes, I'd put some diaper rash cream or hydrocoritsone on it to decrease inflammation. Did you change foods or anything bc that can irritate the GI.
