I can't say I'm looking forward to the 4th of July this year because we have our new pup. We have our county's firework display 1.5 miles from us and we can hear and see everything including feeling the 'boom' reverberate.

Thank you for the hug! Fireworks are no fun either. We also had a big Civil War battle reenactment 4 miles from our house recently. The cannons scared Teddy.
I wish all doggies could be like Max. He isn't bothered by any of these things. The first year he was with us, we had terrible storms and were under constant tornado watch. I was scared, but he wasn't!
