A friend posted on fb this morning that he and his partner were having difficulty in obtaining a small dog from a rescue- the first one they tried to get died, the second one was declined due to they didn't have a fence, and the third one was adopted minutes before they arrived to adopt it- so he asked for suggestions. 20 plus people responded with "I have a big dog" or "a friend has a dog","you'll know the right dog when you see it"- and he responded that he really wanted to rescue a small dog. So I looked on YT under "rescues and homes needed" and found a post by Sophiekatesmom Cheryl about a rescue in Atlanta. I posted the link to that rescue on my friends facebook and when I was looking at the dogs on the link I was particularly drawn to a little terrier mix named Layla, and lo and behold, 8 hours later my friend posts on Facebook a picture on the way home from a rescue with a small terrier named Layla who I immediately recognized from the Atlanta rescue site. I am extremely pleased that my information that I obtained from YT and Cheryl (SophieKatesMom) was able to save the life of another dog and bring happiness to a couple of my friends. (He also just posted on fb that they were super nice, professional and super clean there!)
