Hot topic! Neither one of my pets (female and male) are fixed. I won't do it based on my own personal research and weighing the pros against the cons. However I do understand why those who choose to spay/neuter have the procedures done. All I can advise you to do is research, research, research! You are the one at the end of the day who is responsible for your pet and her well being. There are also plenty of threads on the subject here
