She should not be leaving her mom until 12 weeks and certainly not flying before then. The younger and smaller a puppy is the highier risk they have for getting hypoglycemia. Is she going to be in cargo? If she is you might have a very sick pup when she gets to you. Buying a pup on line you have to be very careful because puppy mills and very bad breeders will make there sites look really good when there not. One of the red flags would be letting the puppies go to young let alone flying them in cargo period.
