 Possible Solution to Cough as a result of drinking water
I had a yorkie that in his later years always coughed and choked when he drank on his own. At first we started giving him water with a gerbil like watering bottle with the ball at the tip. Whenever he licked he would get a bit of water. I just put a little nutrical on it one time and once he discovered that, he drank from that quite easily. Maybe you can do that until your little one gets over what ever it is that's going on. Another thing that worked was to slowly give water with a syringe. Good luck to you and your baby! |
