Obviously rabies is a necessity in areas prone to rabid wildlife. That would be complete neglect. The map you posted indicates most incidents of rabies in rural/suburb areas. But research is out there that suggests perhaps in aome areas it's not as necessary. Just saying. I plan on vaccinating my pet in a modified schedule. Just dont believe in over vaccinating. I also like to be informed of ALL sides of the coins as I like thought provoking information.
