No, she was old, she stopped eating and had diarrhea, she was at the vet for 6 days, the tech would call daily giving all positive reports, I went to visit with her every day, she had lost so much weight. Day 7 I got the call from my vet "come say your good byes, you have to put her down? A call I was NOT expecting, I was told her organs were shutting down, diarrhea was just pouring out of her. I went to the vet, spent pvt. time with her in my car, then took her inside, held her, whispered in her ear that mamma loves her, and the tech gave her the injection that sent her to rainbow bridge. Even tho I have my lil Cody boy,he has become my shinning star and I love him so much, not a day goes by that I do not cry for my beautiful Matese.
