Your state is what sets the law for rabies like here in md it is the law that every dog has to get rabies every three years. Rabies does not just come from other dogs mostly it comes from wild animals like raccoons. Dap is not something that should be done every year at the most every three years but every five years is ok. After 6 I wouldn't do dap anymore and unless you have to kennel her I would not do any of the non core vaccines like Lyme, bordatella, and Lepto. So really I would just follow your laws about rabies.
