Know your feelings on this one. Over here so many Vets are just churning mills and don't give a hoot. They must do well as 'customer service' is crassly disregarded and they still keep going!
There are good ones, but they take quite a bit of finding, once you get past the inevitable mobile phone on legs, today aka as a receptionist!
