Uni had normal shorter legs as a pup, but she had a growth spurt and she's got those long reindeer legs now! I think they make her more agile.
However, when full grown, a yorkie should measure the same in height from floor to shoulder, and they are in length, from nape of neck to base of tail; meaning a perfect square. Many yorkies nowadays are bred to be shorter legged. That's not how it states they should be in the AKC standard. But either way, doesn't really matter unless they are being shown.
