Complete vaccination record and vet records.. My puppies also DO not leave my home until they are completely vaccinated..
Bag of Proplan small breed puppy
A case of Neura Chicken canned food
Nutri-cal
Dyne or Stat
Nylabones (puppy)
stuffed toys, squeaky toys (all the toys they played with here also)
Carrier
Bag of potty pads like I use and 1 washable potty pad
Their own blanket & bed
Supply of Interceptor (9 months worth) for heartworm prevention
AKC puppy registration does NOT go with them until I have proof puppy has been spay or neutered.. I also do refund $100.00 once I have certification pet has been altered.. But I am now doing the spay/neuter before they leave my home, so AKC papers will be able to go with them..
They also are given all my telephone numbers, including my vets office and emergency numbers.. I have recently had a magnet designed with all the important number included on it..
