Hi and welcome to YT. I honestly don't think akc is going to register him without paperwork from his breeders about his sire and dam. He is a handsome little guy but I agree he should be spayed and loved. Just a thought did you by chance happen to check Craigslist when you found him or post there? That seems to be where a lot post their lost pets here in Missouri. |
