Yes, it will help some but get this product from your VET.
Continue with Oatmeal baths.. I have rinsed my pup with Aveno Oatmeal Bath after using the Oatmeal shampoos.
Put Aveno in a Basin with warm water mix well and pour this water over her with a measuring cup..
