Okay, so I had a chance to peruse some of her peer reviewed articles. Her area of expertise is home cooked diets. She wrote a few text book chapters. One of her articles on home cooking is actually extremely well-written, and it contains precise dietary guidelines:

It's behind a paywall, but you can probably access it for free at your local library. If I were doing home-cooked meals for Bella, I would definitely print it out and refer to it frequently.
I DO have problems with some of her pronouncements on commercial dog foods, and I'll post more on that later, since it gets to the heart of the Purina/Blue Buffalo controversy.
