[Tiger's Mom]

My Tiger went through the same phase . . . it started out as flipping down, then one stood up with the other still flipped down. Eventually, the other stood up and both are that way for about 3-4 weeks. 2 weeks ago, one ear flipped out and I was like Woo-woo-woo what is going on! My daughter came over the weekend and suddenly they stood up again and it has been that way so far. I did not use the aid of a tape as I figured whatever the outcome is is part of his adorable personality .

So I guess if I were you, just be patient . . . it will eventually stay up
