We use Parastar. We found a deer tick on Bubba over the weekend. Attached but not swollen. They are really tiny. I thought it was a deer tick but wasn't positive so I put it in a jar with alcohol and took it to the vet on Monday. He confirmed it was a deer tick. He didn't feel we needed to go to ABX since the tick wasn't engorged but we will watch him. He is due in a couple months for his check up.
I can't believe how small deer ticks are!
