The poor shih tzu in the article! It's hard to believe that anyone would allow that to happen to their pet.
I've read similar blogs by groomers about people who bring their Yorkies and other long hair breeds to be groomed weekly, but that is still not enough. My boys would be a disaster if I neglected them for a week. Grooming is part of their daily care.
