The meat of animals eating grains doesn't make their meat contain grain or even carbohydrates. It's still muscle meat. It may mean that the animals' muscles are fattier or even lacking in excess omega 3s as found in grass fed animals but it's not really that important if the entire diet is appropriately balanced.
