I have an idea while you wait. Call that hospital and tell them you want an electronic copy of her records and a CD of the burned MRI images to be prepared because you've located other hospitals in the states who are ready, willing, and able to take Sprite's case on if this hospital can't get it together. He may have done the surgery, but he doesn't have the parts, the source, or a final estimate prepared, and that is what you need to move forward for Sprite.
