I meant Yorkies in general, genetics are stacked against most of them in the dental department no matter how well bred. Even the grand champions of the show ring aren't perfect in every aspect.
In terms of being the same tooth on both sides, could still be genetic. My brother was missing his adult "eye teeth" on both sides. I think I got them because I had extra teeth in the roof of my mouth, heehee. I'm a shark.
