I actually just got back from a vacation and I found a woman in my area on dogvacay.com. I went and visited the woman's house, I was a little nervous with leaving Cricket because I was going on a cruise so I wasn't able to get updates as often as I liked. But I found some wifi at one of the stops and was able to check on her then. When I got back, I had even been sent a video!
all in all, I think everything went okay. The woman that kept Cricket had 3 snauzers that she got to play with.
