Has the puppy been fully vetted? Bortadella etc? Dewormed? There are so many factors that could be at play. He is only 10 weeks old but the bigger question is how much does he weight? Do you have nutracal on hand? etc., I would go to the vet regardless, this is NOT normal behavior.
